Illustrator and Character Designer

In this role, you'll be illustrating the thumbnails for the audio drama. Drawings that shows a certain moment of that episode OR a whole drawing that shows everything that one episode is about. You will also help with visualizing and designing the characters that will be on the thumbnails.
I am looking for someone who can manage to draw in unique angles, great details, good with compositing effects onto the drawings (lighting, shading, particles and etc), and draws in a (somewhat) semi realistic cartoon art style (anime artstyle can also be an option). I also hope to find someone who can deliver on time, or wont take `too much time on creating said drawings / designs. ^^
