Underfell Papyrus voice is hard to really explain but I imagine it like Papyrus only less high pitched and just more loud.

That's actually not a bad Underfell Papyrus to be honest but I would like to hear it actually sung not just spoken like lines lyrics are quite easy to follow to the original song
