Hello! You have a really nice voice! :D I do have some feedback I think could be handy though! The room that you are in seem to have a great amount of noise in the background, including a leakage / water dripping of sorts, and there is also some reverb in said room. I'd recommend either finding a room that doesn't have those distracting sounds and that it's also less echo. If a room or closet is difficult to find, try using bunch of soft materials like pillows and blankets around you to prevent your voice from bouncing all over the room! :D. For the acting, I think you did alright on the first few lines, except that on the last line, the "Hello" felt empty and repetitive . What I mean is that everytime you said "Hello" it had the same tone constantly. I specified to be more louder/excited or shocked everytime you said "Hello". It helps to think like you absolutely ARE that character with the same traits as her. Wouldn't it be incredibly surprising if someone suddenly said "Hello" in your radio after being stuck in one cold building for almost a week? It would be a blessing for sore ears, you could say, haha. That's all the feedback I've thought of and I hope I was able to help! Good luck on your future auditions! :DD
