Mandalay is the nicer, sweeter one of the wild wild pussycats, but acts like a big worrywart, especially when it comes to the students she teaches & her cousin Kota. Shes got a bit of a neurotic nature but she genuinely cares about the people in her life, and will only show hostility when their lives are in danger.
For Mandalays voice were looking for something similar to the character Tawna Bandicoot from the Crash Bandicoot series, mainly the most recent game in the series (Link below)
Also the third line in her audition is a three-parter. You can do one take on that line instead of multiple if you wish.
(Class 1A making it to the summer camp after fighting in the forest for several hours, happy to see them, bit of anxiousness in her first sentence)
“Hey! You all made i-…Wait hold on. Head count…Uh… OK yeah, You're all here. *whew* With how long it took you guys, I was afraid most of you got lost or eaten by bears or whatever. Alriiiiiight lawsuits avoided.”
(Upset, shocked After Kota suddenly Punches Izuku in the balls)
“KOTA!! What is wrong with you!? O-Oh my god. I am so sorry young man. That’s my little cousin. I don’t know why he acts like such a little shit. I think its all those video games he plays.”
(Chatting with Tiger in the middle of combat, Questioning)
“Wait so none of the students can use their quirks to defend themselves cause of some law where they need to have a hero license? Well you know what? Fuck that! There's no laws on my land and these assholes are trespassing.”
*ACTIVATES TELEPATHY QUIRK*
(Serious tone switch to pissed off at caps locked lines) “Attention! all students of class A and class B. I'm granting you all permission to use your quirks against any villains you come across, especially the JACKASS THAT DECIDED TO START A FOREST FIRE ON MY PROPERTY! “
