Randy is the typical tough-guy asshole everyone comes across in school. He has major anger problems and a hierarchy which he enjoys sticking to. His main hatred is directed at Jeff for killing him and his friends. Randy is able to communicate with the dead and control the forces of nature within plants. He comes from a past of domestic violence and guilt since he killed his younger brother by accident, and though he comes across as a guy who bites off more than he can chew, he actually understands a lot more than people would think.

His voice is high-pitched but for a twelve-year-old it's rather low. He can sound camp at times, but most of the time he sounds intimidating and rough. Think typical skater boy voice.
