The Narrator has A LOT of things to say, and extremely sarcastic and sadistic. They're very uncaring and unempathetic, asking why people care about others. They also say the true thoughts of others in the worst way possible.
What I expect: Be very high energy and enthusiastic. I would not like this narrator to be emotionless and like "Once upon a time..." in a slow and calm manner like most narrators. I don't care about gender for this role, as long as you fit the vibe and are willing to read long monologues at times, then feel free to audition!
Narrator: "This little village here sits in the middle of nowhere. If you've ever been to nowhere, you know there isn't anything there. Except nothing. There's a whole bunch of nothing. Nothing, and then this stupid little village no one has ever even heard of. It doesn't even have a name, that's how insignificant it is."
Narrator: "And off stumbles the man, with a bottle of red wine in hand. It wasn't even his. But fine, keep it. You petty thief. We'll all be glad once you're dead!"
Narrator: "Some brat opens the door."
