The Paris-born original holder of the title: Red Robin, General is best described as "A pain in Robin's ass." This is because up to and including Tim Drake, he's been exactly that. He's prissy, unmannered and childish, but none-the-less very threatening.


A kid with a kid-ish voice.

(He's a main antagonist in both Robin: The Series and Red Hood and the Outlaws.)
