He is the man being sacrificed in the beginning. In nearly all the scenes he's in, he's miserable and desperate for his life.

What I expect: mid-low. spoiler alert, he dies so you should be able to scream.

  • (gets shown the sign of death)

    Man: "Damnit... I thought so..."
    Man: “*Sob*..."
    Man: (frustrated) "Damnit!"
    Man: (outburst) "GODDAMIT!!" 

  • Man: (hopeless) "Oh well. That's it then, huh? I spent my whole life working and this is it? What a useless life that was."
