Philip is an African refugee of the Biafran War and is the co-host of the Auric Cell. He is intelligent, patient, and empathetic, but suffers from PTSD and depression. Voice wise, his accent can be from any country surrounding Nigeria, but Nigerian is preferred. The accent doesn't have to be strong, either, since he's been in America for a while.
Also, he has a good chunk of lines, too. Hence the higher price.
NOTE: Because the character's race comes up as a non-minor plot point, I'd prefer a black VA play the role. However, if you are NOT a black VA, feel free to audition! I'm looking for talent first and foremost, race will not be a determining factor.

LINE 2: So...what compelled you 3 to start a polygamous relationship?
LINE 3: (slowly) Why do I feel...conflicted...about this?
LINE 4: (flirty) 'Ello, Sally. How's my favorite Nurse? Hahahaaa...
LINE 5: Danny I do not want to be rude but get the FUCK OFF OF OUR PODCAST NO ONE LIKES YOU.
LINE 6: (somber) These killers, these...monsterized humans...they would hunt, bludgeon, and then sacrifice the survivors. If the killer was merciless enough...they would all be dead by daylight. (pause, a total 180:) I think someone made a video game about it.
LINE 7: (inspirational) Evan. It is okay. We cannot abandon hope. I know one day...we will make it out of this.
