She is fairly significant in the first arc!
RequirementsCarmen has a fairly deep tone, she has the type of voice that can command a room with her inspirational charisma. She used to be very kind, gentle and maternal in her last life, but in this one she has seen more tragedy and it probably wears on her. Imagining a war hero or captain of the guards and you’ve essentially got Carmen.
