This version of the iconic horror character is a celebrity who uses his fame to do some pretty despicable things to his young, impressionable fan base. And he's pretty unapologetic about it. The challenge for you, the voice actor, is to somehow make this guy sound charming and charismatic despite the horrible things he does to minors.
For vocal delivery, he's based on the 2010 version of Freddy from A Nightmare on Elm Street, so try to take that energy and make it your own. It should be low and creepy, but with some charismatic flavoring.

Eh. It’s a lot of needless drama. For one, me and Jason Voorhees have this stupid rivalry on twitter just because he said “that’s why yo hat raggedy” and I tweeted back and said “that’s why yo mama dead.” Then there was the whole debacle with Pinhead where I got a large portion of the horror community to call him Larry based on that one SpongeBob episode...heh, boy did THAT raise some hell…Come to think of it, I’m pretty sure there isn’t ONE horror figure I haven’t had beef with. Chucky...Pennywise...The Predator...even that Purple Guy. "Man behind the slaughter" my ass. He’s less scary than Frank N’ Furter.
