Diddy is the talent manager for Trixie Hampton - a lavish singer in New Vegas. He's literally the postwar embodiment of the 1970s pimp: fur coat, feathered hat, rings, etc. He speaks similarly to a stereotypical character from a blacksploitation film (think Shaft, Foxy Brown, etc.), but with the usual roughness that comes with being a ghoul.

Check it: bunch of dudes start walking towards the strip to have a good time — I guess they were friends. Then a dirty bomb goes off in the middle of the street! Kills everybody there and some folks who were close by.
