The teacher is mostly fed up with life and regularly jealous that some of the kids have the nerve to be so open about wanting to be in a relationship when she's in her 30's and still single. She goes from trying to put on a smile and be professional in front of her class, to completely fed up and angry.
She should sound like a woman in her 30's and I picture a bit more on the medium to lower register but open to interpretations.
