Shiori is an obsessive but non violent type of yandere. She is completely obsessed with Onizaki and has no problems what so ever with making that known to anyone and everyone. She is very over the top and has no qualms with telling people to back off of him, even though they are just childhood friends. 

I'm picturing a bit of a mid-high tone voice but completely open to interpretations.
