This girl is immortal and has been fishing for a mermaid for many many years. She is overjoyed when Haru and his master find one and end up giving it to her. That is her treasure she's searched for her entire life.

She is ageless but appears quite young still, so I'm picturing her voice as a late teen to early twenties but am open to interpretations.
