Close friends with Wakka's brother Chappu, and convinced him to join the Crusaders and fight with a Machina weapon during the battle with Sin that killed Chappu. Luzzu is the wise man of the Crusaders, teaching Gatta how to fight responsibly. This should be reflected in his voice. Actors may still stay on-board for recurring roles.
