Main Antagonist for both Part 1 and Part 3

Originally a man of low birth but peerless ambition, Dio is a villain of little conscience, vast cunning, and an insatiable hunger for power. Is consistently manipulative and violently domineering, and has repeatedly shown a lack of conscience and empathy.

Medium-Low voice. When voicing both Dio and Diego I would like for the VA to give some kind of difference of pitch or tone for the two. Diego and Dio should not sound exactly the same.

  • (Dio) Everyone survives in pursuit of peace of mind. ... Aren't you uneasy, preparing to fight me, knowing you may die? ... If you join me, I will give you peace of mind that will last forever. / (Diego) I will stand above that "flock of pigeons" and I will "control" them.
