Oswald Cobblepot is one of the candidates for the position of Gotham City's mayor. A former leader of "The Penguins" who has since been redeemed after his release from a 7 year sentence, he used his freedom to prove himself that he is a changed man for good.


My options for Oswald's voice is that he is confident, welcoming, and some toughness in him, something like that, or something else different from these that you think would fit. 

  • "I’m going to fully give Gotham the justice they truly deserve!"

  • "I learned from my mistakes and realized what it had done to Gotham. I had to take time away from Gotham to heal from being the leader of those “Penguins” and realize what I had done of course."
