Hey, thanks for auditioning! I loved this audition, you have a great energy to your vocals and you displayed an excellent range emotionally. I don't really have any vocal criticisms, and as an observation, during Line #1 where Karen was angrier, I picked up some very slight peaking in the recordings. Nothing major and can be fixed in the Directing stage, but just wanted to point it out. Overall, a great audition!

Karen is a martial artist, and has a very upbeat and energetic personality. She also has her pride, and is scary when she's angry, like this. She also has a delicate side, more feminine, but only when she wants to be. And keep in mind that anyone who auditions for Karen Araragi will inevitably end up doing something with this scene. I would advise you not open it at work/school/near parental figures.

This line goes more with her upbeat personality, although she sounds like she's trying to laugh off a major incident, with a slightly worried tone.

Line 2:

She's angry, but also jealous.

Line 3:

She's a little embarassed, but happy. Imagine if the person you had a crush on told you that he thought you were cute. She's in that place right now.
