Neptune is a cold emotionless grunt that got promoted to admin for their accomplishments, and because he reminds Gaia of a young Cyrus. Neptune is highly intelligent, laser focused and uncompromising. For his voice, I'm looking for something in the 23-28 year old range with an almost monotonous tone. I want to feel a chilling helplessness in my soul when he talks.
