Baron Lampar is the single richest man in all of REDROCK. He has cornered the Loft Trade and practically owns the largest city in REDROCK: Cydonia. He is the main antagonist for REDROCK: Reclaimer, so I need someone who can really capture his conniving and skullduggerous ways. He has the air of a southern gentleman, until you cross him. He can buy and sell all of REDROCK and he knows it.
Medium to High masculine voice, with a southern accent.

It’s destruction requires powerful magic, well beyond the capability AND comprehension of you two dunderheads.
