Todoroki is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, where he got in through official recommendations[2] and is training to become a Pro Hero. He is the youngest son of Endeavor. His quirk is ice and fire, he controls ice with his right side and fire with his left. 

Todoroki should sound like David Mantragna in the english dub.

Woah hey man, really like the voice. It sounds super similar to that of the English VA. I do not believe I have any feedback for this one at the moment. But great job man!
