Blue is at first a very shy character. In the beginning he has it very difficult to speak, almost as if he's learning how to speak again. Which is why he stutters and hesitates a lot when speaking. He has a very soft spoken but high pitched voice and sometimes he even mutters when speaking. Although, through the story he quickly learns how to speak properly. If the voice actor can sing, it's big plus!
