This character is a Gunner mechanic who has fled the Gunners and wants to help the player steal a vertibird. The quest they are involved in should last the player a good hour or more of play and has roughly 80 lines or so.
Well... Based on the flight path, there's really only one place he could be going. Only one Gunner outpost in that direction, that I know of anyways. The old overpass just east of Forest Grove Marsh. Guess that's where we're headed next.
Okay. That's one problem sorted out. Now we just need to figure out how to get up to the bird. I think I can jimmy the lift to take us up. It'll take me a couple seconds.
