So we don't really know the gender of the monster species, but Temmie is based off of Temmie Chang, who is female. So I would prefer a female voice for Tem. As for how the voice should sound otherwise, uh... Cute but literally shrieking the hOI!!!!!!!! Think of a 12 year old at an anime con.
