Swash is part of the crew that works for Captain Metal. All members of the crew that work for Captain Metal have a goofy pirate accent, however Swash specifically is drawn a lot goofier than buckle, so maybe try to sound a tad dumb. Just have fun with the voice, I'll be applying a robotic filter over it if you do not have one.
