Respectful of all orders, quick thinking and uncaring for the egos of his counterparts. Secretly wishing he could operate the more advanced firepower the empire as proven capable of time and time again. This makes him a bit trigger happy during attack situations at the minor sacrifice of some of his fleet defences. But many in the navy know not to underestimate him or his star destroyer.
