My name is Hades. I am ruler of the underworld. Keeper of souls. Provider of the afterlife. Contrary to some mortal belief, I am not the god of death. I am not assigned to taking lives. I simply account them. Making sure everyone is deserving of their place. Most of the times souls can tell me what happened to them. But there are always rare exceptions.
