Boodle is the mayor of the town that Buggy takes over and is determined to fight to save his town that he built from the ground up at any cost. He is willing to give his life to save the town, although Luffy is not as ok with that. He tries to go into battle but is knocked unconscious missing the entire thing.

    It's an unendurable thing. I tried to take him into the shelter a few times, but he won't take a step away from this place...
