Harmony first appears in Arena Town as a participant in the Half-Genie festival. She introduces herself to Shantae as the very first human-genie hybrid. When the Half-Genies gather backstage before the practice performance, she reassures them that they will be fine. She mysteriously disappears along with the other Half-Genies during the practice show.
[at Shantae's first encounter with her] “We’ll have time to talk soon. For now please report to the Mayor!”
“Listen… Half-Genies haven’t been around all that long! We exist as a generation of one! [slightly saddened tone] So unless the Genies return someday… there won’t be any more Half-Genies to follow after us, will there?”
“Everyone relax. Take a big, deep breath. Half-Genie magic is what you’re best at. It’s what these people came to see. Right?”
