Dean is a very serious, studious eevee. He's always working, and looks kind of sleepy. His voice is usually monotone/deadpan, showing very extreme emotions milder than normal. His voice would need to showcase this.

The voice does not lack seriousness, but lacks the sort of tone one would take seriously, sort of lacks a harshness that makes people want to listen.
