Ibara is an interesting one. We're looking for a man's voice for this character rather than a female one. We're looking for someone that has a gruff and stoic voice. Similarly to the character Joshua Graham from the game Fallout: New Vegas Here's an example of one of Joshua's monologues from the game so you know what we're looking for here.
(This scene plays right as she ensnares Kaminari during the sports festival. Remember she has a Male voice that is Gruff, Stoic, & Zealous)
