Silly Willy is a clown priest and lbtq+phobe. His character is a commentary on people who use their cherry picked religios values as an excuse to deny people the right to exist, he learned this behavior from his parents and is himself a part of the community but is in extreme denial. He runs a circus with well disguised religious images everywhere. Panda and co get sent there undercover to take him down and this is also how they discover Panda’s intense fear of clowns.
