Oyecomova is a peculiar character. He is introduced as a terrorist from a far off country, but despite that he reveals odd mannerisms throughout his fight. Because of this, there is no wrong way to play this character. Although that being said, we definitely want to avoid a gruff macho voice. In regards to his accent, although it is known that he committed acts of terrorism in Naples, Italy, it is unknown if he is Italian. With this in mind, you are free to give him any accent you feel fits the character. Just know that an Italian accent is the safe bet.
(Volume 4, Chapter 21) How's your old man doing? I heard he retired from being an executioner Gyro Zeppeli... Taking responsibility for my jailbreak... That's understandable. He ought to feel responsible for his subordinate's death.
(Volume 4, Chapter 21) It's nice to politely explain all this... But I've already disabled Gyro's right hand... It's like a man deep in debt due to borrowing money from an underground loaner... Totally helpless.
