Romeo is Jolyne's boyfriend at the start of the story. Born into a rich family, he's every bit the stereotype one might expect - selfish, self-serving, and unwilling to suffer for his own actions - allowing Jolyne to take the fall for his hit-and-run.
Haven't got a particular voice range in mind for Romeo. Should have some kind of affectation to his voice to indicate his rich upbringing - perhaps a bit snobbish? Feel free to play around with this character a bit.

Hey, Jolyne...it's kind of hard to say this, but I heard a weird rumor...were you ever...part of a delinquent biker gang? Someone at school said you were.
(Flirting with Jolyne, after she asks him to call her "JoJo" - can be sincere flirting, or more coercive, either works.)
But I don't wanna...it's so uncool...(breathy noise)...but it's so embarrassing...that sorta thing...
(Desperate and panicking, trying to convince Jolyne after he runs someone over.)
Jolyne...do you trust me, Jolyne? Think about what you're doing. You don't want to do that. Don't call anyone, Jolyne. [...] Do you seriously think he didn't die on impact?! His glasses are stuck in the fucking windshield!
