She should have a medium to medium high feminine voice. Her voice in my head is somewhere between Brigitte from Overwatch and Rayla from The Dragon Prince.
We are considering a range of accents (mostly Scottish, British, German, or something close to those), but haven't decided on one in particular so give us your own interpretation!
