Theodore Hastur is the ultimate hatter. He's a bit crazy and his head isn't really on straight most of the time. He takes his delusions more seriously than the facts at hand. He will sometimes go off on tangents unrelated to the topic at hand.
His voice is very whimsical and gravelly. He speaks as if he's lost in thought while thinking about the things that matter to him. His voice range is very high and should go both high and low while he speaks. He alters between the two except when he's feeling negative then he's all higher range.
(Intrigued) "My my, what do we have here? It seems you have fallen behind your pack. Ah, but don't worry friend, help will soon find you. Help tends to find us in the strangest ways sometimes. They'll appear when you least expect it. Unfortunately, sometimes help doesn't come until it's far too late."
(Excited) "If we're curious then we shall go down the rabbit hole! We may find what we're looking for, we might find something better! We won't know until we take the leap my dear! So tell me, are you ready to dive down the rabbit hole? Or do you just wanna wait for it to come to you?"
(Amazed) "Th-This...This is magical! You have shown me something most intriguing indeed, yes indeed. This shall change everything, starting today I shall live my life differently with the knowledge I know now. This knowledge...Must be kept secretly secretive."
