As the party’s bard, Dante’s vocal range is complex, with most registries being friendly and flirty. He’s incredibly convincing and extremely personable, endearing himself to the party almost immediately with his shenanigans.

Dante’s voice is very, very expressive; and he’s more than a bit of a thespian and loves to be melodramatic. Normal acting and then overacting is actually probably encouraged when auditioning with him. He is a very dynamic character, so the proper conveyal of emotions are integral to his design. I’ll also be really looking for someone who’s voice has a charming purr, as he’s known for being quite charismatic and irresistible in the right circles. He often is a bit of a class clown, so humor and embarrassing scenes alike are also his scene. Lastly, he is pretty sensitive, and likely will run on some high emotions depending on the scene.

He will be required to sing, being one of the few characters that have this requirement. He likely will be required to sing with essentially guitar accompaniment in an acoustic style. Other styles might be requested in time, 

His voice is mature and smooth, though not too deep; he exists with a hint of tenor. Inspiration of his intended range of speaking are Flynn Rider from the Tangled series and Nero from Nero Project. Other inspirations could be DreamWorks’ Sinbad or the performance of Miguel in The Road to El Dorado
