Julious was born into a family of two parents, his father died a couple years after he was born. His father had abilities but his mother did not.
He used to be a vigilante for villains, but he decided to change his ways and come to E.L.I.T.E. to be a hero. He often gets on Ethan's nerves but they are pretty good friends.
