After the release of Sonic Mania Plus, Mighty and Ray soon realized how much of a dumpster fire that both the Sonic series and it's community have become. As such, they decide to distance themselves from the series and make it in the big city.
Ray is the guy who suggested that he and Mighty change their names to Tony and Louie. While Mighty didn't like it a first, he slowly warmed up to the idea of being called Tony. Ray, decides to dawn the name Louie and become a Guido. As such, he's hyperactive, snarky, and has a Fonzie like attitude.
Hey, how ya doin? The name's Louie and this is my good pal Tony! We're on our way to make it big y'know. Grab some chicks, make some dough, and maybe pose in some speedos.
Hey Tony, have you seen my Chap Stick anywhere? I can't seem to find it.
