Snivels is the nazely big nosed, big eyed thug, apart of a trio of baddies known as the BB Bandits the Team Rocket equivalent in Fossil Fighters.
He has a lot of doubt into the people trying to stop him but is a wimp when against Vivian the main leader of the BB Bandits.
I'm thinking of his voice being nazely similar to Waluigi, maybe pinch your nose to help get that high sly pitch.
