A government official who oversees the proceedings of Duel Monsters Tournaments. It is his job to uphold the rules and he takes that role very seriously. He often encounters arrogant duelists who tend to brag about their abilities. Drake is one of the best officers known for putting these duelists in their place. He takes little joy in his task, but knows it is ultimately his job to separate the strong from the weak.
