Sonic.exe is one of the prime villains of the show as both he and Waluigi serve under the rule of Orange Angel. He's first seen impersonating the real Sonic and making him look like a complete idiot. As for who version of Sonic he's based on, He's basically Moderns Sonic with the voice of Angel Dust from Hazbin Hotel, only he act more straight. (Probably for the better)
