Toyo is a member of the cooking club. He is definitely more serious and stern than the others he hangs around with but can definitely share his opinions honestly.

His first line is his normal friendly tone, I imagine him laughing a little while saying it(this is optional if it makes it easier for you to deliver the line)

His second line would be a little more stubborn than the first line. It'll show his bad qualities a little more.

His last line, is just pure shock. So monotone and a little hint of sounding scared.
