Pikacute is a evil Pikachu hell-bent on taking over the world. She captures Pokémon as henchmen and while she did have a trainer once, they soon became of no use to her. Pikacute has a child-like and snarky attitude, using words like "iiidiot" and "bench" as insults, and thunder-shocking anyone who pisses her off. She has a childish sense of evil and will do anything to get what she wants.
