Twila is the queen of Haman and the mother of Dawn and Duke. Unlike her children, she does not blame the Behastran government for the Tragedy of Giamal, but also refuses to get involved in the conflict between Behastra and the Militia. She is normally very calm and peaceful, and will take any measures to avoid inciting violence. However, she is not entirely peaceful. When she is wronged at all, she will punish those responsible.

For Twila’s voice, I want something very mature and motherly. Something very similar to Rhea from Three Houses
