Izul is one of four initial henchmen for Gaito, referred to as, "The Dark Lovers". Although they frequently bicker amongst themselves, they consider each other to be good friends. Izul is very serious, mature, and is able to manipulate waves as her weapon.
Her devotion to Gaito leads her to plotting the capture of the Mermaid Princesses in order to make him happy. 

This character appears for around 15 of 25 episodes. Her involvement can varry as sometimes she is seen just for a moment and others she is the episode's main antagonist. Her voice should be low, sultry, and maybe a little rough around the edges. She shares a lot of similarities visually and vocally with Queen Beryl (Sailor Moon).

Great evil laughs and chuckles are a necessity for all of our villains.
