Korihime Noguchi is the Ultimate Ice Skater in Danganronpa: History. She's very graceful with her voice, I'd try experimenting with Tenko but a slower pace in her speech patterns.

This is good, I like it. You matched the pace I wanted, but it does have that depressing aura around it. If you can change that energy a bit with the pace your going right now, I think you've nailed it.
