    Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately the mic volume is set that way to avoid picking up the sound of my computer fans. I can look into increasing the volume via software if you'd like.

    I've been doing a bit of experimenting and I was able to get my volume up to perfect levels without any background noise. Would you like me to re-audition?
