Kei has a an average boy voice (?), his tone is always mischievious and gives off a Bill Cipher vibes of the sorts. He likes to tease and make fun of other characters, but he still has a heart afterall. He gets serious in times of need, or well, tries to. Hes scarily self awre of the situation theyre in and is "best friends" with a character named 'Chai'. His current voice claim is Trickle (Youtube) and Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls).
